The caregiver arrived on time and was very professionally dressed. She was personable, warm, introduced herself when we met and remained attentive throughout the day. She was genuinely happy to meet 3-month-old Baby Salama and interact with her.

I wasn’t right next to her during the day, but I could hear her singing and playing with Salama to keep her giggly and entertained. Upon arrival, I showed her around the house to guide her to the nappy station and playroom. I explained to her our routine as I breastfeed on demand and don’t follow any sleep schedules. She was vigilant with the baby as slept often. She knew how to handle her to burp her and change diapers whenever needed.

Overall, she was well experienced and confident in handling a baby. Since Salama isn’t typically fussy, she was happy to share her thoughts on finding it easy with Salama and that she was a happy baby, no problematic situations during the day. I was very happy to have her around and can see why she would easily blend into a family well and be of great help wherever placed.
